Working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners, you will play a pivotal role in promoting, supporting, and enhancing the product offering while contributing to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Electrical Solutions portfolio and its applications in hazardous and industrial environments.
- Serve as the go-to expert for technical queries and product support.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams, distributors, and customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues effectively.
- Training and Development:
- Create and deliver training sessions and workshops for internal staff and external partners to enhance product knowledge.
- Product Promotion:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and product demonstrations.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings to showcase the Electrical Solutions portfolio.
- Market and Product Development:
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements and new product launches.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the product offering meets their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, gathering insights to inform product strategy and innovation.
