Head Of Property Management – Duties
- Oversee the daily running of the property management department.
- Oversee a team of 3 who manage a large portfolio of residential units in the Stockport area.
- Offer assistance to the team when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key landlords.
- Handle escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
- Ensure compliance across the portfolio.
- General day to day property management duties.
- Manage and motivate your team.
- Provide training to team members.
- Deal with day to day management duties.
Head Of Property Management – Experience Needed:
- Previous property management experience at a senior level.
- ARLA qualified.
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to manage the whole property management department.
