A new vacancy has emerged for an accomplished Residential Conveyancer to join a prestigious, award-winning law firm based in Stockport.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Residential Property Fee Earner.
- Strong understanding of residential property law. Competent with company sales and purchases, some commercial experience is an advantage
- The ability to deal with the following without supervision, shared ownership sales and purchases, newbuilds, transfer of equity, adverse possession, transfer of part and remortgages.
- Experience managing a varied caseload from start to finish.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and a professional approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and introducers.
