The Role
As a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and signing up new contractors to use the companys umbrella services. Your role will involve selling the benefits of the umbrella service to contractors, helping them understand the advantages of using the service for payroll and compliance, and guiding them through the sign-up process. This is a target-driven role that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute directly to the companys growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential contractors, promoting the umbrella service and its benefits.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to sign up new contractors and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring they understand how the service works and how it benefits them.
  • Provide contractors with all necessary information and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and company offerings to inform sales conversations.
