Are you looking for a new, exciting opportunity in a leading brokerage as a Mortgage Qualifier / Customer service advisor in Stockport? This client has over 10 years of expertise in new build mortgages, providing top-notch service and exclusive mortgage products. As a Mortgage qualifier / Customer service advisor, you'll play a key role in financially qualifying potential customers, promote the clients service and secure their business.
What will you be doing as a Mortgage Qualifier?
- To work as part of a team in financially qualifying potential customers to a very high standard.
- Manage advisor diaries and book new appointments.
- Maintain good relationships with all business partners.
- Resolving complex cases through research and training material provided.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- The ability to gain a sound knowledge in new build, all connected house buying schemes and lender criteria through training provided.
- High energy levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Strong communicator.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
Desirable:
- Specialist knowledge in New build, all connected house buying schemes and lender criteria.
- CeMAP Qualification
