We are working with one of the UK's most experienced team of Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Experts and looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join the team.
Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday, the firm offers a competitive salary circa £35,000 p.a. negotiable depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus, training, on-site parking, pension and 20 days annual leave (increasing with service) + bank holidays.
Role within practice:
-Assist the Building Surveyors in Measured surveys
-Preparation of layout and elevation drawings
Qualifications:
-HNC/ HND in construction related subject or Degree in Architectural Technology or similar
