Salary: £30,000 (including progression opportunities)

Role & Responsibilities
- Review and complete tender enquiries for dry lining work.
- Work closely with other members of the commercial team including Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyors.
- Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings.
- Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
- Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget.
About the Company
- Specialist dry lining contractor with project values ranging from £500k to £2M.
- Focuses on commercial projects, such as care homes and apartments.
- A small but rapidly growing business with significant expansion plans.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- BSc Quantity surveying or studying towards.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
- Full UK driving license.
