Our client, a multi-disciplined practice is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their offices based in Stockport. This company has ambitious growth plans, having recently opened two new offices so is an exciting time for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Currently with 25 members of staff in their Stockport office and an expanding work load our client require an ambitious individual to be part of a busy office to work on a variety of interesting projects within the education, ecclesiastical and commercial sectors.

Our client has won a large educational scheme recently and you would eventually be building a team and training individuals. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working as a QS for another consultancy or have experience working client side. They will also need supporting qualifications.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

  • Prior experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for another construction consultancy or client side
  • Willing to commute to Stockport as required
  • Ideally have education or high-rise residential experience (not essential)
  • MRICS qualified or working towards (not essential if experienced)
