Position – Residential Conveyancer 

Location – Stockport 

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a highly reputable law firm, is seeking a dedicated individual to join its Real Estate team in Stockport. You will provide direct support to the expanding team, helping the team operate efficiently and deliver the highest level of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a busy and diverse caseload that includes equity transfers, new construction, remortgages, and sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold)
  • Preparing all paperwork, obtaining leasehold and freehold title reports, making questions, and being extremely knowledgeable about all the components of a conveyancing deal

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Conveyancer in a Residential Conveyancing department
  • Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with a case management system
  • A positive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage tasks with efficiency
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks is a must
