A thriving conveyancing team in Stockport is expanding, offering an exciting opportunity for experienced conveyancers to join the dynamic workforce.As part of a leading and modern conveyancing firm, the team emphasizes the use of technology while keeping people at the forefront of their operations.  The Manchester branch, along with offices in the North, is dedicated to delivering excellent service to clients.  Skilled conveyancers with a strong commitment to client care are invited to contribute to the success of the growing the Manchester team.What They Offer:• A friendly, flexible, and supportive work environment.• Outstanding training, development, and career progression opportunities.• An interesting and varied caseload.• Hybrid working option after initial training period• Competitive base salary with monthly/quarterly bonuses.Responsibilities:• Manage the sale/purchase process, from instruction to completion, while liaising with all involved parties.• Handle a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.• Proactively communicate with clients and third parties, providing regular updates on progress.• Ensure exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.• Identify potential risks and resolve issues without compromising clients or the business.• Maintain files in compliance with SLA’s and regulatory requirements.• Handle tasks such as preparing and issuing contract papers, analysing search results, liaising with Help to Buy and mortgage lenders, preparing completion statements and invoices, and managing exchange of contracts and legal completion.This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday.Requirements:• At least 2 years of previous conveyancing experience, managing your own busy caseload.• Passion for delivering excellent client service.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• High level of attention to detail.
