Job DescriptionAt Gascoigne Halman, part of the Connells Group and the area’s leading estate agency, we’re looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent, ideally with experience, to join our team as a Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team at our Heaton Moor Branch.OTE From £24,000.A quick look at the roleIn this role you will be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales!Key Activities:

Sales Progression
Arranging viewings
Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
Obtaining valuations
Regular client contact
Applicant management
Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
New business generation.
Nurture existing client and contact relationships

Candidate Profile:

Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
Well developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly build rapport and long standing relationships
Team player but able to work independently
Excellent IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
Calm under pressure
Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
Knowledge of the local area
Driving Licence
