Job Title: Lettings Assistant
Location: Stockport
Remuneration: 24,000pa plus commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (30 min lunch) - Office Based
Contract Details: Temp To Perm
Responsibilities:
As a Lettings Assistant, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless lettings process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with buy-to-rent properties
- Following up on enquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Answering calls and providing excellent customer service
- Pre-screening potential tenants to find the perfect match
- Booking viewings and maintaining a high-paced workflow
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of connecting quality tenants with outstanding properties.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driven to achieve results
- A valid driving licence is desired but not essential
