Job Details:
Do you have experience in property conveyancing? i am working with a valued client of mine in the legal sector searching the market for a talented and precise residential conveyancer, this position would be perfect if you have 1-3 years experience in a legal practise/solicitors.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving instructions from clients, and providing advice.
  • Conveyancers work with many parties daily, so strong communication skills are essential.
  • Finding out who the legal owner is, and checking for structural issues with the property.
  • Preparing official documents, such as contracts, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Reviewing contracts on behalf of clients, and making sure there are no issues.
  • Collaborating with estate agents and solicitors, and liaising with mortgage companies.
  • Maintaining official records of payments and contracts.
  • Taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering, and seeking to protect clients' interests at all times


The Person:

  • Substantial prior experience in residential conveyancing
  • Proficient in using computer systems and case management software
  • Great communication skills
  • Be able to work in a corporate environment
