- Operating with new home developments and growing the re-sale market share for the company in Stockport and surrounding areas; you will be well accustomed to the local area.
- You will get your kicks from being a top tier Estate Agent who conducts viewings, negotiates and progresses sales.
- On the lettings, you only conduct viewings and agree lets, the management team will take care of the rest!
- Your will make mortgage and solicitor referrals where appropriate.
