Our client, a successful independent agency, is currently offering a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team in Stockport.

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm (early finish on Friday!) 
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am – 1 pm

Property Manager requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 - 3 years of previous property management experience 
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and time-efficient
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driver’s license and access to own car

Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Building solid relationships with your customer
  • Being the key point of contact for your clients
  • Managing a personal portfolio that you will solely be responsible for
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Responsible for renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, portfolio income and portfolio growth
  • Keeping your files up to date
