Our client, a successful independent agency, is currently offering a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team in Stockport.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
- Up to £32,000 basic
- £37,000 OTE

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm (early finish on Friday!)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am – 1 pm
Property Manager requirements:
- Must have at least 2 - 3 years of previous property management experience
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Highly organised and time-efficient
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driver’s license and access to own car
Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Building solid relationships with your customer
- Being the key point of contact for your clients
- Managing a personal portfolio that you will solely be responsible for
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Responsible for renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, portfolio income and portfolio growth
- Keeping your files up to date
