Key responsibilities and skills required:
- salary and benefits benchmarking
- proven experience required of evaluating market data to benchmark effectively salary reviews and benefits package appropriate for all bandings
- Generate reports on compensation metrics and benefits utilisation for management review
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- present data findings and solutions proposed to senior leadership team
- work with HR team across this diverse project with effective communication
- strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel skills requiredWorking closely with the UK team, your insights will help drive the development of innovative compensation plans that not only attract but also retain top talent.
