Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utilising your existing experience, you will approach Estate Agents across the UK, promoting a cost-effective Virtual Assistant rather than a traditional new hire.
  • You will demonstrate the advantages of using a remote Virtual Assistant rather than having an office-based employee.
  • You will effectively engage, build rapport and overcome objections.
  • You will close deals and onboard new VA’s.
  • You will collaborate and liaise with Virtual Assistants based oversees to ensure they are matching client expectations, offering support when needed.
  • You will keep in contact with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • General day to day business development.

Experience & Skills Needed

  • Previous Recruitment and Estate Agency experience is ESSENTIAL. 
  • Experience of cold calling and generating business.
  • Ability to build rapport and spot opportunities to sell company services.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • A confident and outgoing personality.
