Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilising your existing experience, you will approach Estate Agents across the UK, promoting a cost-effective Virtual Assistant rather than a traditional new hire.
- You will demonstrate the advantages of using a remote Virtual Assistant rather than having an office-based employee.
- You will effectively engage, build rapport and overcome objections.
- You will close deals and onboard new VA’s.
- You will collaborate and liaise with Virtual Assistants based oversees to ensure they are matching client expectations, offering support when needed.
- You will keep in contact with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- General day to day business development.
Experience & Skills Needed
- Previous Recruitment and Estate Agency experience is ESSENTIAL.Â
- Experience of cold calling and generating business.
- Ability to build rapport and spot opportunities to sell company services.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills.
- A confident and outgoing personality.
