I am currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a hugely successful and high growth business based in the Stockport area. This is a brand new role where you will have the opportunity to establish an internal talent function as part of a broader people and culture function in an entrepreneurially led business.

In this role you will take a lead on the following:

  • Working with key stakeholders, providing insight on the current market
  • Liaising with external agencies in relation to sourcing requirements
  • Proactively exploring new ways to source candidates
  • Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers, posting adverts, completing pre-screening calls and arranging interviews
  • Effectively managing active roles
  • Using different platforms to create the best traction for roles, including activity on social media and the ability to search for potential employees on Linkedin
  • Shortlisting applications and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles
  • Working closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous recruitment experience gained within an in-house or agency environment.
