Parts Supervisor - Stockport
Prestige Franchised Dealership
Our client, a superb employer in the motor industry, are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Supervisor at their franchised prestige car dealership.
Salary:
Basic - £32,500
OTE - 44k- 47k
Hours:
Mon - Fri - 7.00am - 5.00pm/8.00am - 6.00pm (1 hour lunch) 45 hours
The Job:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department.
* Ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to the workshop to minimise vehicle downtime.
* Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
* Manage stock levels, optimise inventory, and ensure effective stock control.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently.
* Implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

* Experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
