We are seeking a proactive and diligent temporary Administrator to join our Secretarial & Business Support team within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

Description

The key responsibilities of a temporary Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings as required.
  • Attending meetings and minute/ note taking.
  • Document writing and disseminating as appropriate.
  • Handling office correspondence and filing systems.
  • Ensuring databases and records are kept up-to-date.
  • Involved in data input on to computer system.
  • Updating stakeholder systems to capture up to date data and information.
  • Performing general office duties as needed.
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
  • Upholding company standards and procedures.

Profile

A successful temporary Administrator should have:

  • Experience in administrative roles, ideally within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to commute to Stockport.
