Description
The key responsibilities of a temporary Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Organising and scheduling meetings as required.
- Attending meetings and minute/ note taking.
- Document writing and disseminating as appropriate.
- Handling office correspondence and filing systems.
- Ensuring databases and records are kept up-to-date.
- Involved in data input on to computer system.
- Updating stakeholder systems to capture up to date data and information.
- Performing general office duties as needed.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
- Upholding company standards and procedures.
Profile
A successful temporary Administrator should have:
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to commute to Stockport.
