They are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate their growth. Are you the right person for the job?

  • Proven track record in Business Development, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry or other labour-intensive services.
  • Experience or ability to learn Bid writing and tender process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and maintain a proactive approach to sales.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the North West.

What will your role look like?

  • Research and generate leads, leveraging market insights to approach potential clients in need of high-quality commercial cleaning services.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, understand their requirements, and create tailored proposals to win new business.
