They are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate their growth. Are you the right person for the job?
- Proven track record in Business Development, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry or other labour-intensive services.
- Experience or ability to learn Bid writing and tender process.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and maintain a proactive approach to sales.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the North West.
What will your role look like?
- Research and generate leads, leveraging market insights to approach potential clients in need of high-quality commercial cleaning services.
- Engage with key decision-makers, understand their requirements, and create tailored proposals to win new business.
- Implement and execute a business development plan that aligns with our company's growth objectives.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
