The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, generating sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with retail clients will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the retail sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to maximize business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and manage schedules using a CRM system.
  • Ensure timely customer payments in collaboration with the Accounts team.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to discussions around sales strategies
