Description

The duties include:

Bank reconciliations
Payment runs
Processing purchase invoices
Managing inbox and dealing with purchase ledger queries
Ensuring supplier information is up to date and accurate
Managing and recording cash/cheque receipts and payments
Reconcile cashbook at month end

The successful candidate MUST:

Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
Have excellent communication and organisation skills - Essential
Be confident using MS office - Essential
