Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long-term, full-time position at a vibrant Primary School in Stockport. This role is to start ASAP!

About the Role:

  • Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups.
  • Taking on limited planning and marking responsibilities.
  • Working closely with teachers to provide high-quality education to students.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individual education plans.

Requirements:

  • A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is essential.
  • Proven experience working within a primary school setting.
  • Ability to adapt to different year groups and support various teaching needs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
