About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate TA to support students in their learning and development while working closely with teachers and SEN staff.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons.
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Supporting students with literacy, numeracy, and social development.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning experiences.

What Were Looking For:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and child-focused approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements to Apply:

Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional child-related references.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (preferred, but training can be provided).
