QTS or Equivalent: A valid teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Experience in Primary Education: Previous teaching experience, preferably in Key Stage 2 or Year 6, though NQTs are welcome to apply.
Strong Subject Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum for Year 6 and experience with SATs preparation.
Classroom Management Skills: Strong classroom management skills with a proactive and positive approach to promoting good behaviour.
Commitment to Inclusion: A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment, where all students are given the tools and support they need to succeed.
