We’re hiring for a Service Administrator to join a thriving industrial firm at their site based in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
This role will involve supporting the Service Manager in the delivery of a high-quality service by supporting the administrative processes to ensure customer requirements are met.

- Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (some flexibility available)

What will you be doing as a Service Administrator?
- Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a service, ensuring that customer expectations and service level agreements (SLAs) are met by managing customer interactions, resolving issues, analysing performance data, and communicating with stakeholders to maintain smooth service delivery
- Handling emails, calls, and post, ensuring messages reach the right team members, and keeping records organised, including orders, invoices, and delivery notes
- Processing work orders and updating internal systems; liaising with teams to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies; updating trackers with job progress, costs, and completion dates
What do you need?
- Previous experience as an Administrator is essential
- The ability and willingness to follow processes reliably and perform essential but routine tasks
- Good customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Familiarity with Microsoft office programmes
- Previous SAP experience
