Service Manager

Odin Recruitment are urgently seeking a experienced and dynamic Service Manager.

Ideally you will have experience and be comfortable with managing a team of Field Engineers.

You will nonetheless have a very proactive and varied role to play providing quotes, site surveys (for business development) and collaborating with the Installations team to support the delivery of projects and after care service with repairs and maintenance.

The required 'hands-on' successful candidate will be very organised and in control of variety of projects, all in different stages of completion.

You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to motivate the team towards excellence in their work. Our client has an exceptional reputationwithin their industry therefore the set KPI's and targets will need to be met through our company values.

You will bring experience of working with Diesel Generators systems(both mechanically and electrically) and control panels.

You will have sound knowledge of MS word and excel.

Mon-Thu (Apply online only), Fri earlier finish at 1430.

Holidays 20 days + bank holidays. This does rise to x25 days + bank hols.

There is anexcellent salary and company car, dependent upon experience.
