Senior Residential Support WorkersLocation: Heaton Chapel, SK4Hours: Full-Time - 37 hours per week + Overtime AvailableSalary: £13 per hour + Sleep-in Allowance £50 per shiftOur client is seeking two Senior Residential Support Workers to join their team in Stockport, providing care and support for children/young people (ages 8-17) with complex needs, challenging behaviours, or learning disabilities.Key Responsibilities:* Shift work in a residential care home supporting long-term care and transitions to semi-independent living* Leading and supervising staff teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and regulations* Contributing to care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and participating in staff meetingsRequirements:* Level 3 Diploma in "Children and Young People's Workforce" or equivalent (essential)* Experience working in a residential setting with children/young people (essential)* Experience in a senior role, leading and supervising staff* Full driving license (preferred)* Knowledge of County Lines, CSE and Complex Trauma * Team Teach training preferred but not essential as training will be givenBenefits:* Company pension and private healthcare after probation* Casual dress, free food, and on-site parkingThis role requires eligibility to work in the UK and knowledge of Care Standards and Children's Homes Regulations.
