We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our growing CWD Service in Stockport. We are supportive service with two CWD Team Leaders to enable high quality support and supervision.

- You will be responsible for Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in our Care where they have

complex physical or learning disability.

- You will be confident in managing complexity including managing relationships with wide range of

colleagues in health and education

- You will have Children with Disabilities social work experience

- You will have experience of assessing and implementing CWD short breaks

- You will be confident using the Mental Capacity Act
