Position Overview:
As the Complex Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our complex care services. You will oversee a team of care staff and work closely with our clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex care management and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and supervisionEnsure that all care services are delivered in accordance with CQC standards and company policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain care plans for clients, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updatedLiaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies to coordinate care and support for clientsConduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of care are maintainedManage recruitment, training, and performance management of care staffProvide support and guidance to clients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues that may ariseMaintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentationMonitor and manage budgets and resources effectivelyParticipate in on-call duties as requiredRequirements:
Previous experience in a complex care management roleRegistered Manager status with the CQC (or willing to become registered)Strong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to work under pressure and make effective decisionsExperience in budget management and resource allocationA passion for delivering high-quality care servicesBenefits:
