Description

  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness.
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to preparing job offers.
  • Implement and monitor staff training and development plans.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Profile

A successful HR and Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • A proven track record in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with HR software.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.
