My client is an end user is looking for a Testing & QA Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will play a pivotal role in the evolution and enhancement of my client technology stack (namely D365, M365 and Azure), and the role sits within a growing and evolving technology and data team, offering a fantastic opportunity for this individual to carve out greater responsibility as the business grows, and the technology and data portfolio evolves.Responsibilities* Lead and manage the end-to-end testing activities across the technology stack (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure +), ensuring testing are executed to plans and to a high quality.* Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.* Manage regression and UAT activities end-to-end, coordinating with testing and technical teams.* Plan and manage testing resourcing across multiple teams.* Triage and manage bugs to resolution, collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and integrations.* Coordinate with project stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts, to define testing scope, objectives, and timelines.Skills & Experience* Experience delivering projects from concept through to delivery.* Experience working on Dynamics 365 Finance Projects* Proven experience delivering projects within a PaaS architecture (D365, Azure ++.)* Azure Devops exp* Agile delivery exp
