About the Role

Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in SK5. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs, providing both academic and emotional support.

As an SEN TA, you will:

Support students with additional needs on a one-to-one or small group basis
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement learning strategies
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and engagement

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates who have:

Experience working with children with SEN, either in schools or a related setting
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Eligibility Requirements

Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Two professional references related to working with children
