This role is to start ASAP, full time and on a long term basis!

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children within the provision unit.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the planning and execution of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
* Providing personalized, one-on-one, and small group support for students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities.
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that fosters positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide a well-rounded approach to student development.
* Supporting students with both academic and personal growth, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals

Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant qualifications and UK experience in special education are highly essential.
* A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children with diverse needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to nurturing an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different situations as needed.
