Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEN.
  • Assess and monitor student's progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
  • Support the development of individualised education plans (IEPs) and track progress.
Requirements
  • We are seeking an experienced and empathetic SEN Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) as mandatory.
  • Proven experience in teaching students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Passionate about making a difference in student's lives.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
