Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Business Support Officer for a client of ours based in Stockport. Our client is a large organisation that supports victims of domestic violence.
Location: Stockport
Contract type: FTC 12 months
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: 23,575.19 per annum
Main duties and responsibilities
- Experienced in working in an office administration role
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft and Excel packages
- Highly organised, able to prioritise concurrent tasks and meet deadlines
- An excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Strongly attentive to detail and able to work well under pressure
- Able to adopt and actively promote the vision and values of the organisation
- Experienced in working in an office administration role
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft and Excel packages
- Proactive and able to work well within a small team
- Highly organised, able to prioritise concurrent tasks and meet deadlines
Person Specification
- Minimum education of GCSE Maths and English.
- Thorough knowledge of and confidence in using general IT functions.
- Working in an Office Administration role..
- Managing meetings including accurate minute taking.
- Supporting recruitment processes including onboarding.
- Data entry including personnel records and financial information.
- Using spreadsheets, software and/or databases to record information and deliver reports.
