Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within utilities, engineering, or construction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with civils, utilities, and/or M&E supply chains.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field (Master’s degree or CIPS certification desirable).
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices, regulatory compliance, and industry trends.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
