Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Care Call Officer
Location: Stockport
Rate: Negotiable
Length: 3 months with opportunity to go permanent
Hours: Various shift patterns, 35 hours per week average
The role will predominantly involve:
- Manage a patch of 200 customers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records through regular contact
- Build strong relationships with customers and their families to support their wellbeing
- Answer calls and resolve call-centre queries related to customer wellbeing
- Conduct home visits to customers
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to ensure customer satisfaction and overall wellbeing
To be considered for this role you will need to have an enhanced DBS on the update service and have a driving license with access to your own vehicle. There is also a requirement for day and night shift work.
