Job Title: Receptionist

Remuneration: 12.50ph
Contract Details: Temporary position with the potential to go permanent.
Are you a highly organised and friendly individual looking for an exciting opportunity to be the face of a reputable company? We are currently seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our client's dynamic team at their office in Stockport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide reception cover when required, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Support the team by typing reports, proposals, and general correspondence.
- Efficiently manage the diary, ensuring all meetings are organised and coordinated, and arrange catering if necessary.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking train tickets and accommodations.
- Collaborate with training partners to schedule courses, seminars, and webinars.
- Take ownership of monitoring and maintaining client property.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, and document management is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
