We are looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic / Technician to join our clients team in Stockport.
Our client is a growing Haulage and Drainage company that operates across the North West, and are looking to expand their team of in house mechanics.
The primary responsibilites in this role are :
Carrying out Fleet Maintenance, PMI'S and reactive works on HGV'S, WALKING FLOORS and Fleet Cars, completing all the necessary paperwork.
Preparing HGV'S, WALKING FLOORS andCABS forMOT'S - keeping records, scheduling work etc.,
Attending roadside breakdowns and Rectifying Defects on vehicles.
Diagnostic and Electrical experience would be highly beneficial in this role.
There is a minimum of 40 hours per week guaranteed in this role with regular overtime opportunities and an out of hours rota at an uplifted rate.
