- Support in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of month-end balance sheet reconciliations – accruals, prepayments, bank, fixed assets etc.
- Bank reconciliations and cash forecasting
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Accounts receivable management and ensuring efficient posting of cash receipts
- Supporting the day-to-day processes of the accounts department
- Preparation of monthly cost analysis reports
- Fixed asset register management
- AAT Â qualified and/or working towards ACCA/CIMA
- Prior accounting experience (ideally in a manufacturing business)
- have a proactive and questioning mindset with a proven ability to adapt to and prompt change
- Be keen to learn and grow with the business
- Have strong Excel skills
- NetSuite experience is desirable but not essential
