Management Accountant

Your new companyThis financial services organisation has a need for an experienced Management Accountant to join them, managing a portfolio of clients' monthly Management Accounts preparation and presentation.Your new roleIn this role, the Outsourced Management Accountant will be responsible for the following within a client-facing role:Preparation of monthly management accounts and MI reports in an accurate manner to agreed timescalesProduction of a set of working papers which agree to trial balanceYear-end reporting and preparation of annual financial statementsUndertake key financial analysis and appraisalsBank and all other balance sheet reconciliationsStatutory reporting to regulatory bodiesPreparation of budgets and forecastsProvision of financial advice and support to clients and Directors alikeLiaising with key internal and external stakeholdersMaintaining detailed cash flow forecastsOccasional support with bookkeeping and analysis workWhat you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will be AAT Level 4 qualifiedHave at least 5 years' of progressive experience in a finance role with at least 3 years in a management accounts roleHave excellent attention to detailBe a confident communicator, comfortable in presenting financial informationHave strong Microsoft Excel skillsHave experience using Xero and Sage software (preferable)What you'll get in returnSalary: Negotiable * Head office based with potential client on-site working * 31 days including bank holidays * Life assurance scheme * Private Medical Cover * Company events * Free parking available at head officeWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
