The role..

In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing completion packs and statements for residential sales and purchases. You'll monitor Internet banking for incoming client funds and mortgages and maintain accurate ledgers.

You'll manage payments for sale and purchase completions, resolve ledger balances post-completion and maintain the purchase ledger.

Additional responsibilities include handling office and client ledger postings, processing card payments and general accounts administration.

About you..

You'll be well-versed in bank reconciliations, purchase ledger management and credit control, with a strong understanding of the importance of adhering to SLA regulations.

You're not just organised and efficient - you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail truly matters. If you're proactive, love taking responsibility and can balance multiple tasks with ease, then this role is for you.

You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar legal position. Being ILFM qualified would give you an advantage but is not essential.
