- Provide administrative support to the engineering team
- Manage databases and handling relevant documentation
- Use various company systems including Arena and CAD
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting facilities for internal teams and external suppliers/customers.
- Get involved and work on an array of projects
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and delivery updates for prototypes
- Liaise with internal and external parties and gain updates/timeframes
- Devise and assist with the creation engineering documentation
- Change Management and CAD Support, creating basic drawings
- Handle compliance and customs documents
- Drafting reports and support in meetings
- General ad-hoc duties relevant to the position
- Demonstrated experience in an Administrative position (Essential)
- Experience and knowledge within the Engineering sector (Desirable)• Have been exposed to CAD software (Desirable)
- A positive individual with a driven nature
- Keen to learn and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Comfortable liaising with different parties and gaining updates
- A good understanding on Microsoft Office
