Reed Accountancy is working with a reputable client who is urgently seeking a skilled Sales & Accounts Administrator to join their team.Working full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, this is a permanent position paying a salary of £23,000 - £24,500 per annum. Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and managing distribution and delivery.
- Handling sales returns and credits.
- Creating sales invoices and allocating payments.
- Requesting payments and sending monthly statements.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Managing invoice finance and credit limits.
- Chasing payments and sending statements.
- Handling product sample requests.
- Managing stock allocations, control, and stock takes.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- General office administration.
- Logging employee expenses.
- Conducting sales analysis and providing strategic input.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel.
- IT proficiency and ability to learn ERP software.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise tasks.
- Proactive and able to work without supervision.
- Good customer service skills and positive telephone manner.
- Previous sales and/or administration experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software like Sage 50.Â
