Theo James are working with a Tier 1 Automotive company who specialise in plastic injection moulding. They have a diverse portfolio of parts which offers a range of flexibility when working with customers as well as offering stability.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for all accounts receivable tasks ensuring that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. This is a great opportunity to join a great company in the Automotive industry with plenty of development opportunities.
Skills & experience:
- Prior experience in both Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Functions
- Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of Aurora System 21 desirable
- Knowledge of Self Bill processes desirable
Main Responsibilities:
- Raising and processing of invoices, posting invoices to accounts to update sales
- Processing of credit notes
- Raising ad-hoc invoices
- Issuing of monthly customer statements
- Process supplier receipts and allocate payments
