Reed Middlesbrough is excited to be working with a Teesside based organisation who are looking to appoint multiple Sales Consultants to join their growing sales team on a full time, permanent basis.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with business customers across the UK to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilise a consultative selling approach to help clients overcome challenges and identify the best energy solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the client engagement pipeline to ensure smooth follow-ups and successful conversions.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments and regulations in the energy sector to provide valuable insights to clients and inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate favourable contracts with suppliers to secure optimal conditions for both clients and the organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in energy consulting, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter capable of working independently in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
