Are you an experienced customer service professional skilled in managing client relationships?

We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to handle a portfolio of customer accounts. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth service delivery from order to invoicing while building strong connections with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire order-to-invoice process for your accounts, including European and global transactions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and addressing challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail
  • Follow internal policies and maintain clear communication across departments
  • Find ways to improve service delivery and streamline processes
  • Handle all documentation for imports, exports, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor performance metrics and account margins, suggesting improvements to meet key KPIs

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least two years of customer service experience in an office environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships inside and outside the company
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A team player who can work independently and adapt to changes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
